UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring our products to life. You should have a strong eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX design experience (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer
- Interaction, or related field (preferred).
